Every project begins by understanding how you want to live. The setting, sunlight, movement around the property and relationship with the existing home all inform the design.
The designs in this collection are adaptable starting points. Dimensions, openings, finishes and internal arrangements are developed around the client and site.

Usually some form of municipal approval is required. Depending on size, use and how your land is classified, that may be a building licence or a responsible declaration. Your local Ayuntamiento decides, so the first step is a feasibility review.
Rules for rural land are generally stricter and differ by municipality and region, covering things like permitted uses, plot size and distances from boundaries. We check this before you commit to a design.
A structure used for sleeping is treated differently from a garden room, and holiday letting has its own rules. Tell us your intended use early and we will identify what applies to your plot.

Programmes are confirmed once the site and requirements have been assessed. Typical timescale from first conversation to installation: subject to the customer's requirements.
Included in the guide price: craneage where required, foundations, delivery, erection, and internal and external fit-out, including glazing.
